Brunker Road Veterinary Centre is a thriving full-service veterinary hospital in Adamstown, an inner city Newcastle Suburb.
Our dedicated team includes 4 full-time veterinary surgeons, 3 part-time veterinary surgeons, an ever efficient admin team, which includes a practice manager and bookkeeper and a very caring, qualified and experienced nursing staff of over 20.
At Brunker Road Veterinary Centre, we cultivate and foster a "best practice" approach to animal care. We pride ourselves on providing professional service. We encourage further education of all staff to ensure we offer you and your pet the most up to date treatments and information available.
Our vets continue to learn through post-graduate studies.
Dr. Jon Nott has a membership in surgery.
Dr. Paul McCarthy has a membership in medicine and is currently studying behaviour.
Both have special interests in medicine and chemotherapy.
Dr. Simon Whitaker has a special interest in orthopaedic surgery.
Sharon Tonkin is a qualified cert IV Delta Behavioural Trainer who holds a professional membership with the DPDTA.
Brunker Road runs a very popular Puppy Preschool Program.
